Draft — full policy to be published before launch.

The short version of what we build to:

• No accounts for children. The grown-up is the customer, and we only ever ask for a child's first name.
• Tap pages set no third-party trackers and load no analytics scripts.
• We keep postal addresses only as long as fulfilment needs them.
• Recorded messages are kept for 24 months by default; we email you before anything is removed.
• You can ask us to erase an order and everything attached to it: hello@tapapost.co.uk.
