Before you pay, in plain words

No 14-day change of mind Everything we make carries a name and your own voice, so the usual right to cancel a distance sale does not apply once we start making it. The clock starts at your recording We take 3 working days to make and post it, and those days start when your recording is finished and paid for, whichever happens last. Second class is 2–3 working days after that, first class usually the next day. Delivery & dispatch
The seal keeps playing for at least 5 years 5 years from the day we post it, at the least. If we ever had to withdraw it you would get 90 days' notice and a download of your recording to keep. Terms of sale
